Back Upp is a global men’s support network designed to restore men emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and socially. We recognise that many men suffer in silence—carrying pressure, trauma, addiction, depression, and identity struggles without safe spaces to talk. BACKUP exists to change that narrative.

Why We Matter

Men are often taught to stay silent, stay strong, and struggle alone. BACKUP creates a space where strength includes vulnerability, healing, and growth. This is not just a programme. It’s a movement

Faith is a foundational pillar of BACKUP. We believe spiritual healing plays a vital role in emotional and mental restoration.  We offer:
